Working principle of homogenizer:
The precise coordination of the rotor and the stator, the claw structure of the working head (manufactured by the rotor and the stator forging), the bidirectional suction, and the high cutting efficiency. Under the action of the stator, the combined effects of strong, reciprocating hydraulic shear, friction, centrifugal extrusion, and liquid flow collision are formed in the reasonably narrow gap between the stator and the rotor. The materials circulate and reciprocate in the container during the above working process, and finally the product is obtained.
